East Side Kings, do better by your customers and do something about you’re ridiculous parking lot neighbors. Just had my girlfriend come home understandably furious that she went to pick up food, and less than a min to go in to your restaurant, and then to come out to a booted car. Shady, sounds illegal from her details and reading more about it here to others who have been unfortunate to be scammed while looking to get something to eat. $100 to get a boot off? No clear signs? If you’re not actively working to get rid of that nonsense, you’re absolutely %100 complicit. If I could give zero stars I would. Do better East Side Kings, do better. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Oh my gosh Eric we are so so so sorry and we are trying to resolve this but have found no solutions. This has been something we have battled since we moved in in, in 2014. We have emailed the landlord to try to rent space(they wont do it because i think you are right it is a shady money thing where they pray on our customers) . We have hung signs on our doors, on the parking spots, on the fence, on the walls and it just doesn't stop. I wish we could pay for everyone this happens to but we are just not big enough to bank roll. We will continue to do our best but unfortunately this keeps happening and we are so very sorry. The only advice we can give is dispute with the credit card company as this has worked for others in the past. Again really sorry :(More
