Tea

• Jasmine
  An exceptional Chinese green tea flavored w/ Jasmine. The tea is fragranced by allowing it to absorb the scent of eight times the tea's weight in fresh Jasmine flowers. A sensational tasting tea made in Fujian by one of the most respected artisanal tea-makers in China.
• Kuki Hojicha
  A lightly roasted Japanese quality tea made from green tea stalks & leaves. It has an amber color, refreshing dry straw flavor, & lingering sweet aftertaste. Low in caffeine.
• Long Jing
  A great classic Long Jing (Dragon Well) from Xi Hu (West Lake) . Dry-tasting, it has the aroma of chestnuts w/ a full & satisfying aftertaste.
• Matcha
  Excellent for cooking & baking. Matcha is also used in the Japanese Tea Ceremony. Can be used to flavor cookies & pasta as well as Green Tea ice cream. Certified organic.
• Guricha
  An uncommon light green tea w/ a mild, sweet character, from the southern Japanese island of Kyushu. It is a delicious everyday green tea.
• Nokcha
  A special Korean green tea w/ a natural toasty sweet taste & an earthy fragrance. Certified as traditionally produced & grown without any chemicals. Certified organic in Korea.
• Sobacha
  An unusual Japanese toasted buckwheat infusion. Contains zero caffeine. Easy to brew; the grains float at first, & then sink. Nutty, naturally sweet - warm & soothing!

• Chai
  Garam Assam Chai is a special blend of fine Indian Assam tea grown by natural biological methods at Sewpur Tea Estate together w/ cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamom, & bay leaves. These sweet & savory spices combine to create a rich, invigorating, & complex beverage. Brew this delicious tea w/ freshly boiled water & a heaped teaspoon per cup.
• Hongcha
  A Korean black tea made from early pickings of the traditionally grown Nokcha plants. Soft & malty, without the harsh tannins associated w/ everyday black teas. Certified as traditionally produced & grown without any chemicals. Certified organic in Korea.
• Darjeeling
  Darjeeling Tea is a blend of teas from India's Margaret's Hope & Giddapaha Estates in the famous Kurseong area of Darjeeling to create a full-bodied, yet smooth & flavorful, cup. Blended to be drunk w/ or without milk, this Darjeeling is delightful anytime of day.

• Amber Oolong
  A delicious, satisfying medium oolong from Taiwan w/ a slightly smoky "bitter chocolate" taste that fills the mouth. An excellent digestive that has, because of high temperature drying, reduced caffeine.
• Pouchong
  A fragrant, lightly oxidized, green oolong from the mountains of northern Taiwan. Produces a subtly vegetal flavor & a citrus-like tang, delivering the gentlest hint of cinnamon.
• Jade Oolong
  A sophisticated‏ rolled-leaf green oolong from the mountainous central part of Taiwan. It has a delicate floral fragrance & a natural sweetness to the aftertaste.
• White Tip Oolong
  A dark oolong from Taiwan that produces a rich golden liquor w/ a sweet, orangey, muscatel bouquet. Reminiscent of some quality Darjeelings, it is an excellent digestive. Grown without chemicals.
