Best breakfast I've had in Oahu. Took a drive to get here from where I'm staying but well worth it. Nice sized menu for the business size. Lots of different coffee options and unique food.We got the pork belly bowl, banana moffle, and a eggy-brekky (eggs and meat with sides). All of the food was amazing and the sea salt blended coffees were delicious. This is my number 1 breakfast spot on the island.

The coffee was good, the Dutch baby was great, but my husband got the two egg brekky and the chorizo messed his stomach up

I have noticed this place before a few or more times in the past while driving around looking for a parking stall in this parking lot. Cinnamon's customers seems to take most of the parking here. It's like that is the only breakfast, brunch, lunch place in Kailua? Now, there is Egghead Cafe Espresso Bar in the same parking lot as them. They have some different things on their menu like a Moffle which is a Mochi+Waffle. I am guessing they use Mochiko Flour to make their waffles instead of using regular flour? They have different types of Dutch Baby which is a Baked Pancake with different fruits or ingredients inside. I never heard of any of these before and they sound like something good to try for the first time. I was deciding to try the Prosciutto Caprese Sandwich or the Lilikoi BLTE for today. Plus, I needed to decide on a drink to go with it. I decided to try the Lychee Iced Tea and I am happy that I did. I tasted like when you are sucking on a real Lychee and then eating it. That's how good it tasted. The Lilikoi BLTE looked and tasted as good as it looks! Plus, he asked, if I wanted to add Avocado to this sandwich which I love! The Lilikoi dressing was good on the salad. I will be back to try something else from here.
