Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience. The bagels were soggy and had very little cream cheese. Our vanilla lattes were initially served as plain black coffee with no syrup added. The tables were also dirty when we arrived. The staff was kind, but the quality of the food and drinks did not meet our expectations. I usually go to Einstein when I’m off work and Mary is very helpful and gets my order correct but today I went and wanted a maple house with turkey sausage and the guy at register kept messing up entering the order so when he got it right I grabbed my bad and left and when I got home I had a sliced turkey with bacon and some sauce on bagel when I wanted the turkey sausage egg and cheese I was disappointed because I had to throw sandwich away because I don’t eat pork and the sandwich had bacon all through it so I decided to leave a review for poor service and food today. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
