Traditional Texmex. But GOOD Texmex! That's hard to find these days. Salsa is awesome so is queso. Everything I've had on the menu has been incredible and hot. Service is fast. The wait staff is friendly, sweet and attentive AND genuinely helpful. You feel you owe then a good tip. And if I'm being honest they're quite attractive. Definitely a go-to every time I'm in Waco. El Conquistador has never disappointed. This is hands down one of the best restaurants around. The food and service are always top-notch. Every time we come to Waco/Bellmead area, we stop in for lunch. There is no place here in Cedar Park that comes close to El Conquistador.
