Maybe 4**** for the food , the food was good, the price was reasonable, but I was surprised that on a Saturday night , the service is poor ( all 7 of us agreed that it was chaotic, poorly organized , and was all over the place) its such a shame that we came there because it was recommended, but ended up not satisfied due to the poor service, Well the food was not to die for... but it was good, they will serve you first with some entrèe.. which was normal... we waited for almost 20 minutes before they remembered to give the menu (la carta), the bread came late as well.... some of us asked for sidra, and nobody bothered to take off the glass wines, which ended up a table that was over crowded.... we have to remind them 3 times that we asked for a bottle of water, the service was so slow, as well as the food, we ended up eating a plate of croquetas for 30 minutes until the next plate arrived.. I would not recommend for people with asthma because the kitchen is not well ventilated... that the smoke can be smelled from the bar... this restaurant can do better because they have a good menu... but needs to work hard on how to organize the service, one thing that shocked me is that they have a service fee of 2.80 euros per person... (with the quality of service that they have, and knowing that the restaurant is in a small city like Oviedo, and they dont even have Michelin star??? I am a fan of eating out and there are good restaurants around with a great service and would not be asking for a service fee...well I dont mind paying if it was an excellent service.. ) this restaurant is like a chic modern one and it also surprised me that they are serving sidra... (lol)... to sum it up.. such a shame... coz the food is good... but it will leave you with a bad taste in your mouth due to the horrible service ...
