Pros: >Waitress was extremely nice but not that great at doing her job. We had to ask for refills, ask for silverware >beef chimichanga was very good Cons: > Restaurant should be shut down for deep cleaning. The table has never been properly wiped and has a thick layer of greasy build-up on the edge of table top. You can walk up and see it at any time of the day outside on the patio. >Salsa was frozen that was served to us >Person in charge was not welcoming and rude when I opened the front door to tell my waitress we found wrapped silverware to use off a table next to us, so we could eat the food she just brought out. EIther he was manager or owner sitting at bar with tv remote & yells at me while I have my 3 year old in my hand, what do you need?!?! This was our first time here. Your place is disgusting, the nastiest unsanitary restaurant in Hammond. What do I need?? You to do your damn job mister!! Horrible service! They charged me $20.00 for a LG margarita, when the sign said it was $7.00! Then the bartender/Manager said it was my fault-bc I wanted an XL drink! Wrong again, bc After asking the waitress 3 times if she was sure it was only a LG drink-She assured me 3 times and even said-We don’t serve XL margaritas!
Then they decided to take $5.00 off my bill...now making my $7.00 drink only cost $15.00! Fugem-They lost my business at El Paso Mexican Grill in Hammond, La!
