If I could give this place a zero star, I would. If you are planning on using your debit card or ebt card, DON'T come to this place. They ran my card 6 times and told me every single time that my card was declined. I trusted them but didn't know why my card was declined. So, I finally had to use a different card to pay for the food. When I receive my card's statement for the month, I saw that they ran my card six times and collected money all six times. I called the manager there, named Gracy. She made up excuses but admitted that their Wi-Fi does not work properly and it happened before with other customers' debit card transactions. The kicker is that I asked her to take corrective actions by reviewing their own statements and she told me that only her boss and an IT guy sitting somewhere can correct the issue. I asked her for their numbers and she refused to give me their office contacts claiming that she's not supposed to give out corporate information, and that El Pollo is a very large international corporation and they deal with issues like this differently than other places!!! For the El Pollo Loco Corporation, you cannot be big enough to reimburse your customers for food you did NOT provide. I don't believe you are a badly run company. However, it's evident that your store management and your employees are very badly trained. You need to return money promptly. Otherwise, this is defrauding your customers or may be something very suspicious going on in this Cathedral City location that must be fully investigated
