This little gem in Ybor City has a country feel yet chic with white linen table clothes. Don't let the roosters inside the restaurant parking scare you away- embrace it. El Puerto Restaurant & Grill is excellent in every regard. From the hot bread and butter in the beginning of your meal to the appetizers like Peruvian classic "papa a la huancaina" which is boiled potatoes with a yellow sauce on top with a little bit of spice. The churassco/skirt steak is a go to when deciding what to eat. But if you want to just go for lunch and don't want to spend too much then go with the "el tipico" which you will not be upset about at all. Lastly, try Parrillada Argentina and you will be in heaven. Just don't forget those sides of Medudo, rice and beans, and/or tostones. Enjoy!
