THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT TO BRING FAMILY OR KIDS, the would place you next to people who are smoking hooka even if you got kids with you. Disappointed

Such a horrible experience. The staff was horrid. Went for a birthday brunch, I had to request my own chair after they watched me stand by the table. The attitudes on these waiters was disgusting! They are so lucky the tips were already calculated in at the end of my meal. Food was horrible as well, which was so disappointing because I thought at least THAT SHOULD BE GOOD! horrible horrible horrible! Will never return.

Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star but if I can it will be a 0 star!!!!! How is it that we made a reservation for indoor at 9:30pm and I confirmed it before leaving at 9pm was told they have our table but we get there at 9:28pm and we are told it's too full inside and we can't eat inside but instead outside in the cold I let them know we have a reservation but the security said it's first come first serve SO WHATS THE POINT OF THE RESERVATION? then they tell us we have to spend over 500 for the table and I told them we are I was with 10 people and we always spend money. So we was going to get the table outside but then they were scattering looking for tables to put together for such a big party! The people were rude and careless they thought I didn't know spanish and said things about us thinking we had reservations WHEN IN FACT I DID! We called over someone that we knew that worked inside and he looked at us and shook his head no like he was annoyed and ignored us this was horrible unprofessional and I would not recommend this place at all I took my business to BOCA on 2458 Webster which they took very great care of us even without a reservation they were packed inside but they made it possible for us to get inside!
