We stopped-in for a pickup order (couple Cuban sandwiches), met Mr Alex and the staff - absolutely awesome people. Seriously. Enough that we stayed for ~15 minutes simply to talk. We have a couple young kids, everyone said hello and engaged them, made us feel at home. The sandwiches were without question amazing (we had a hunch going into it from reviews, but lived up to all expectations). Talking with Mr Alex, we also tried their tamarind juice and coconut flan - uhhhh WOW. Both unbelievable. In short: we’re a family of four, fairly easy to please food-wise, we just happen to really like good down-to-earth people who are really passionate about what they doand this place knocked it out of the park for us Thank you El Tamarindo Cafe!!
