El Tilo was our final meal in Bilbao on Tuesday morning, and we stopped there because it was just down the street from our hotel. We got two cafe con leches, a jamon & cheese croissant, a slice of carrot cake, and a speculaas cupcake (don't judge! we shared with our baby and with our friend). The coffee was solid, as were the baked goods. Service was even moderately friendly. All around, a win that we'd happily recommend to others for a morning fix.
