My wife and I came from LA to visit, and we heard from the locals that El Viejo Gacho is the spot! When we arrived, the atmosphere and décor were on point.. we absolutely loved the open floor plan with plants and natural lighting. We were greeted right away by friendly faces and warm gestures. Once we were seated, Omar helped us out — he was attentive and guided me perfectly with his recommendations. Even the chef came out to chat with us and explain his dishes! Overall, this is my favorite spot in Guadalajara so far! Thank you to the entire staff.. we’ll definitely be back on our next adventure! Omar is the best!
