The hotel is fairly new (2 years old at the time of this review). The location is ideally close enough to the old city of Rhodes, within walking distance, but not too close as to be noisy. The staff is polite and eager to assist with anything needed, and fluent in many languages, including French and Italian (besides excellent English) which is what I overheard during my stay. The breakfast buffet caters to many different tastes (do yourselves a favor and make sure to try the peanut butter cheesecake, I personally broke an 8 month no-dessert rule for it), and the cook will ask if you require something savory to be prepared for you at that time. The rooms are very *very* clean, and the cleaner can visit even twice in a day if required. Also, it has amenities for people with disabilities, something not usually found in the hotels close to the city port, or sometimes even in larger hotels of the island. And I can't praise the bed comfort enough! What really sets it apart from many other hotels, is their eagerness to help, ask for suggestions and improvements. While a small establishment, it provides a great value for travelers who don't wish to spend their days in the (too many) all-inclusive large hotel complexes Rhodes is well known for.

Great small hotel, to be recommended, how good it is can be judged by the silly criticisms you can make, 1st, the view from the balcony is only the street, by then I didn't want to sit on the balcony while there is so much to see in the town. 2nd, the lights in the room are unnecessary complex, so as you can see if that's the worse that. An be said... What's the best? Extremely helpful and friendly staff, nothing too much trouble, great English.

Beautiful and comfortable. The wiring in the hotel room seemed to have some shorts. The shower seemed like it should be equipped with a steamer, but it didn't work. Nothing that was an issue.
