After seeing Grunerlokka, come for a meal. Degust nicely cooked Bbq pork, BBQ ribs and sweet fries at this bbq. The truth is that you will really like good pecan pie and tasty ice cream. It's time to degustate delicious draft beer, wine or pale ale. Great latte is the most popular drinks of Eldhuset.

The convenient location of this place makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The energetic staff welcomes visitors all year round. The enjoyable service is something these restaurateurs care about. You are to be pleasantly impressed with attractive prices at this spot. The divine decor and pleasant atmosphere let guests feel relaxed here. The overall score of this bbq on Google is 4.4.

Great food, excellent waiter, and great atmosphere. A great place to experience US south-western cooking. This was my fourth time here. This time we ate at a different place, but wanted a better dessert, so we went here for that.
Great food, great service

Eldhuset is in between a pizza joint and a theatre venue across from Olaf Ryes Plass in Grünerløkka. We went in over Paske and were the first ones to sit down, by the time we left it was packed!mThey have a decent beer tap list here and some bottles on offer too, prices are steep on both drink and food but I found it very worth it. I have to make a special note on the service here. It is super friendly, I really found them a joy to talk to. They offered to explain their menu to us, since it's in Norwegian, but we declined since we can pretty much read menus, that's the extent of our Norwegian at this early stage! They also corrected our pronunciation of certain breweries, which is super nice, and we all got a giggle as our sometimes ludicrous mis-pronunciations! We ordered the pulled pork nachos and a hamburger to share. The nachos were a decent size with a big pile of pulled pork on them. They perhaps could take a lesson in proper nacho chip stacking and chip to topping ratios, but really it wasn't a big deal and we ate them all. I missed on the menu that the hamburger had onion rings on it, which honestly normally isn't my thing, but I really dug them, they weren't too greasy or giant which is usually what turns me off on those. When I cut the burger in half I thought it was over done, there was no pink at all but was pleasantly surprised to find it very moist and juicy. Some care was obviously taken is choosing the right meat and fat ratios, I also suspect perhaps it was smoked as are most of their meats, that would help with moisture too. The bill was the equivalent of $80ish, that included the nachos, burger, and three beers. Pretty steep for a lunch out, but again this is a sit down restaurant / bar in Oslo which is rarely cheap. At least here you get great food, every greater service, and a great selection of suds.
