Very disappointing to see the new menu and NO GF OPTIONS are even mentioned. What used to be a great place for GF options is now just a mediocre run of the mill restaurant.

Anything would have been better then ELEMENT Bistro. We went on opening night and the food was good BBQ - we really want a solid Gunbarrel restaurant to support and I'm really hoping this is the one! My advice for them would be to remove some tables from your main dining area - they never fill up and with BBQ you need bigger tables anyway with so much family style eating going on. Also, the wait staff needs to get it together - it was hectic last night and we had some solid wait b/t drinks. That said, it was opening night so I'll definitely give them a pass for that. Excited to go back when the weathers nice and the roof opens.
