Alicia has made several cakes for me, my family and my friends. Her beautiful work and eye for detail continues to amaze me! Her creations always come out stunning and the flavor is simply perfect! She is an absolute gem to work with!!! Her customer service is out of this world and she communicates quickly and thoroughly. She truly makes you feel like you're part of the entire process with your order. I have a horrible work schedule where I work nightshift so I sleep a lot during the days. Communication slacked a little bit on my end but Alicia is extremely patient, understanding and is respectful yet assertive when following up after not receiving a response. Her love and passion for creating her baked sweets is evident. She will forever be my go-to! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife was looking for a business to make a sixteenth birthday cake for my daughter but with fondant icing. Elevation Cakes came through and then some. Everything thing about the cake was wonderful. Not just the design but the taste and moistness. My daughter who is not normally a big cake eater loved the taste and absolutely loved the design. We will never bake another birthday cake ourselves again! Highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm thrilled to have finally found my go-to cake baker! Alicia's artwork is truly exceptional. I ordered a Lamborghini/F1 themed cake for my son's birthday, and she exceeded my expectations. The cake was not only visually stunning, but also incredibly delicious. The flavors were amazing, and the texture was perfectly moist. I've always struggled to find a baker who balances flavor and sweetness, but Alicia nailed it - the cake wasn't too sweet at all. She was also a thorough professional and easy to communicate with.
