Christopher, I am happy to hear we are meeting the mark in your opinion on our food, beer and service. We have a great team. I am a little perplexed by your comments and assumptions regarding our fry oil and smell inside the pub. Your suggestion of needing to change our fry oil more often is simply not correct. We change our oil every other day, more than what most operations do. We sell a ton of fries, fish n' chips, tenders, calamari etc. As a result the smell of fries cooking is not surprising. The brewpub itself is a small, nearly 100 year old building, so that may have contributed to your experience, especially if visiting on a busy time. I liken it to going to an Indian restaurant and smelling curry or a BBQ place and smelling smoked meats. I am sorry that it was so offensive to you that it impacted your review so much. The pub is a great community place with awesome customers and employees. As a local resident and someone who appreciates the good work we offer, I hope that you make your way back in. On a side note, we do also have a great outdoor seating area that you might find appealing that is open all year with heaters during the colder months. Thanks, Todd
