This place is not inexpensive. 3 of us came in here for dinner around 8pm on a weekday. It wasn't too busy & we were seated right away. Our server was very professional. We started off with nice big 24oz draft beers, & ordered off of the specialty oyster list. It was Blue Pool, (5star), Baywater Sweet, (4.5 star), & Shigoku, (4.5 star). These oysters were uniformly shaped, fresh, briny, & delicious! Especially the Blue Pools. They were served with a shallot vinegar that really brought out the flavor. Next came the white clam chowder, (2), & 1 house salad. Both were really nice & flavorful My bud ordered cioppino, &  I had a special whitefish served on a bed of garbanzos. I can't remember what my other buddy ordered. The report on the cioppino was 5 star, but my my fish was just ok. It was a bit small portion wise, overcooked, & overloaded with the garbanzos. It wasn't worth the $40 I paid for it. I'm sure I could've returned the fish for something else no problem, but my dish has to be really bad for me to return it. I'm tempted to return to Elliott's for happy hour next time I visit Seattle, but probably will not drop a Benjamin on dinner here again.
Great progressive oyster happy hour, iconic oyster bar in Seattle, a must for Oyster lovers, good wine pairings also
Such a lovely experience! Our waiter Rich was the bomb, even let us order a dinner entree at lunch! Great food, drinks, and service!
