If you want to taste mouth watering Mexican food, you are at the right place. Enchilada is a wonderfull restaurant with great ambience, wide range of cocktails and delicious Mexican cuisine. Nachos preparations are super tasty. The servings are quite generous and filling. Bar decoration is wonderful. They also have projector setup to show some live shows/games. Staff is very friendly. Except of slightly delayed bar service (which we experienced during our only visit, can't say it happens frequently or always), it is must go for a food-lover.

As a native Texan, this place was entirely underwhelming. The atmosphere and interior design is nice but the food was not good. I ordered chips and salsa and jackfruit enchiladas and neither was more than edible. There was way too much cumin on everything, so much so that I couldn't stand to eat any more of my meal after about 3/4ths of the way through and I now have that weird cumin aftertaste in my mouth that you always get after eating too much cumin. For some reason, even the chips had cumin on them when they should have just had salt. The chips and salsa weren't complementary like at the Tex Mex places back home (which is of course excusable) but the amount of salsa that came with the chips was so tiny that it could barely be used on a third of the chips before it was gone. I was excited to eat enchiladas since I hadn't had any since moving to Germany and I thought that at a place literally called "enchiladas" they must be good. They weren't. The enchiladas in Texas are saucy and cheesey while the one I had was dry and had only a bit of cheese on top. Instead of coming with refried beans and Spanish rice like traditional enchiladas do in Texas, these enchiladas came served over a bed of chips and with a side of chips, all with more cumin on them. The enchiladas were not good.Tldr; too much cumin, wouldn't recommend

Dear Heath Massery, it‘s a shame, you weren‘t pleased with our food. We fundamentally follow high quality standards. Unfortunately this didn‘t work out how we had hoped and therefore are sorry.
