A shop where you can buy bottles of wine and spirits with adjacent a bistro/restaurant with a fantastic waiter(andrey) who claimed to serve the best risotto with porcini and truffle in the world, now i don’t know about the world, but granted, for russia it seems like a winner. Really nice experience, great wine advise and quality food. Comes recommended in Kazan!
