First and foremost, this is the best Italian you will find in Sparta and the general area. The 6" is super filling, and the 10" in absolutely loaded. You can easily split the 10" between two people unless you are ravenous or otherwise out of control. Sometimes entering the deli can feel a bit awkward because there is a line queue set up but most people ahead of you are just standing around the deli, spread out, and it can be hard to tell if someone has ordered or is waiting for their turn, but it is no big deal. During lunch hours, I strongly recommend calling in your order ahead.

I had Eric's cater my daughters bridal shower and I have to say they did a wonderful job! The food was delicious! Everyone loved it! I can highly recommend it! Thank you again!

I had an awful experience with Erics Deli unfortunately. I catered this past weekend for my husbands surprise 30th. Anyone who ate the deli meat sandwiches got very sick with either diarrhea, vomiting or both. My only friend who was unaffected was a vegetarian. I wanted to notify Eric about the experience and he was very rude to my husband and myself. I will never go back here again for anything and I don't recommend his catering either.
