I wanted to leave a review as I was really disappointed in the customer service. I came in for a ginger bread event anwas a nice atmosphere to have my grandmothers 70th bday. I spoke with a guy name Jason Sisk who I asked if there was a way he could accommodate this event. He gave me his business card and was very nice in person. I followed up with him several times about the event by email and phone. I was on a time crunch as the party was a month and half out. I got ahold of him by phone twice. The first time we spoke he said he was really busy and it wasn't a good time to talk. He stated he had read my email an would get back to me and never did. Mind you this is 3 weeks of me trying to engage. Honesty I think he was just fake being nice in person but possibly because I am African American possibly he may have judged. Professionally I would have respected if he could have at least responded to my VM and email. I ended up finding a really nice venue spending over 2,000 dollars for only 5 hours to make sure my grandmother had a great birthday. I just wanna say that wasn't fair and very rude and I didn't appreciate how I was treated. I'm leaving this review because I found his card on my work desk. Jason card reminded me of how unprofessional that was.

Best place for cocktails & food was great!! Waiter was awesome & manager was top notch!!! What a great experience right across from the stadium!! 5 stars easy!!! Side note... music was great, classics across the board, every genre from Sinatra to Zeppelin to Denver!!

Out and about after a concert at the Armory... my friend and I went to Erik The Red Bar. This establishment is widely open with a variety of seating options (booths, tables, bar seating). I adored the black/red checkered booths along with the shirts worn by the staff. *What a cute detail!!! Erik The Red Bar offers a full food menu and a gaming area. What a convenient location for before/after events at the US Bank stadium. During this visit, I only had drinks but I would consider trying food in the future. The bartender was friendly and the music playing was entertaining. The gaming area was closed during my visit but it looked like a good time! The bar was not very busy on this Friday night... I will consider visiting Erik The Red Bar in the future.
