Best Happy Hour I have ever attended! I went yesterday for their special event, "Santorini Night" The restaurant was well-organized, service was fast, courteous and friendly. We sat in their beautiful outdoor terasse, overlooking the artsy Dix30 water fountain. We were offered to try their different greek wines by our well-informed waiter who suggested we try their fabulous white sangria made with the greek imported wine, Samos.The white sangria was beyond tasty, a real delight under the glazing sun and the decorative blue umbrellas that added to the Santorini theme night. The evening went on with greek wine tasting, which was also good, but paired with the succulent roasted lamb, cooked and spiced to perfection, and the tangy greek loukaniko covered with their lemon-dijon house specialty sauce made the entire experience extra greek and extra tasty! Thank you for your outstanding service, Estiatorio Skara. We will be back soon!
