Excellent food let down by less than excellent service. This place would be a 5-star all-rounder if they’d been more attentive with our menus when we arrived, but it took them ages to bring them to us, ages to take our order, and when we finished it took ages to get the last waiter standing’s attention to be able to pay the somewhat substantial bill. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Vegetarian options: This is not somewhere for vegetarians Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Parking is unavailable Kid-friendliness: There were young kids there with their parents but I wouldn’t say the menu is good for children.

Estimar left us with mixed feelings. The quality and freshness of the seafood are undeniably high, but that alone wasn’t enough to make the dining experience memorable. Many of the dishes felt overly simple in both flavor and presentation. Everything was prepared with care and professionalism, yet nothing truly stood out or left a lasting impression. The service was polite and the atmosphere was pleasant, but overall the experience lacked something special. Given the restaurant’s reputation and pricing, we expected a more engaging and memorable culinary experience. In the end, it’s a good restaurant, but not one that would make us want to return or recommend it as a must-visit dining destination in Madrid. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
