We are here since 2013, Taye Ethiopian Restaurant has been sharing the Ethiopian culture by providing authentic Ethiopian food and coffee with over 10 years’ experience in the industry, we are a proud family owned restaurant excited to continue providing the best Ethiopian food in Bangkok, Thailand.

Our passion is to bring to you an ancient menu that reflects the ancient healthy lifestyle of eating fresh. All the ingredients that make up our menu are homemade from scratch and not processed.
We still follow the old method to bring the authentic Ethiopian art of preparing food to bring to you the dishes that you will remember all the time.

I was craving Ethiopian food and Taye did not disappoint. I had the lentil sambusa and the veggie combo. Everything was delicious and it felt like a very cozy atmosphere, a lot of the customers were regulars and friendly with the staff and spoke the same language. Chill and relaxed. Will come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an amazing experience at Taye Ethiopian Restaurant! The food was absolutely incredible—rich, flavorful, and truly authentic. The vege agelegle is a fantastic option for vegetarians and vegans, with a great variety of delicious plant-based dishes that don’t compromise on taste. What made the experience even better was the wonderful service. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. If you’re in Bangkok and looking for something unique and delicious, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
