The shrimp and grits is the type of meal that you excitedly take a bite of and then feel your mouth spreading into the biggest smile. It’s the type of meal that kills all conversation, because why use your mouth for talking when you are indulging in a symphony of flavors? It’s the type of meal you use your fries to soak up any remaining gravy because it’s inappropriate to lick your plate clean at a restaurant. It’s the type of meal you think about for two weeks after you eat it, and then decide to post a Google review so other people get to enjoy it too.In short, I loved the shrimp and grits at Fattys Treats & Tours, and I hope to take a vacation again to Buxton, NC soon so I can eat it again!
