Just wanted to thank the customer service team member Kristen for the most amazing experiance, I had ordered 8 pints of gelato and it was mistakenly sent to my billing address, I emailed the team and let them know and by 8am I received an email and my order was refilled and personally delivered to my house by a team member within the hour , this is 100% amazing customer service I have experienced in a very long time , keep up the great work guys and thanks for personally delivering your amazing gelato I'll have one happy 2.5 year old later in the day when he can taste the new flavours

The dark chocolate is nothing to write home about, but I LOVED the spiced pumpkin spice and the frozen hot chocolate! Together it tastes like pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. I also tried the coconut, mint chocolate chip, raspberry lime, and bc cherry. My order of preference frozen hot chocolate, pumpkin, bc cherry, chocolate chip, coconut, raspberry lime.

I used to always be able to order my pints of Canadian Maple, now they aren't making it was told to take a class in the fall and make it myself. Umm no thanks. I'll upgrade to 5 stars if you start making Canadian Maple again and not just seasonal as it was always available before under Fiasco.
