We were there a month ago, when it was still very hot and I really regret not having taken photos because the disastrous food, in the appetizer the eggplant salad that has mayonnaise and the Russian salad that also has it, had a disgusting crust on top, it was noticeable. that had been out of the refrigerator for hours, even the meat dumplings, typical Romanian, had a darker color on top than on the bottom, anyway I was afraid to eat the appetizer, then the sarmale had a strange flavor, I didn't eat them either, I thought Next was pork fillet and boneless chicken thigh "grilled" with coleslaw that had no flavor, it was horrible, and I think the meat had been baked a long time before or even days before because I didn't know anything about it. grilled, it was hard, dry, and also had a strange flavor, I ate a little of that pork because I was very hungry, after not having eaten any of the previous dishes, and I still regret it, I started to feel sick to my stomach About an hour after eating that meat and I had diarrhea, stomach pain and without being able to eat anything for 3 days... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. And I tell you something, gentlemen of the Finca del Valle, you cannot play like that with people's health, in summer you have to be much more careful with food because it quickly becomes bad, not giving it to people to fill your pockets.
