I finally had an opportunity to dine at Fire & Sticks after a couple of earlier attempts when we didnt have reservations. I will say that is was worth the wait. The reservation was promply honored and my party was seated. The meal flowed in expected Japanese Steakhouse fashion. Soup was delicious, salad greens fresh and crisp, and followed by a perfectly prepared and well seasoned entree. Our waitress was attentive and never left us in need of a thing. Our chef was entertaining while still cooking everyones meal to order. I'll definitely come again. It was an experience I'd been missing and hadnt found in similar competing restaurants. Well done! Tony, Gave me and my family uncooked food, the rice was uncooked i had hair in my food my aunite had hair on her plate! and he was so rude AND IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY, HORRIBLE DONT Recommend!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
