Not a good experience. Ordered the pumpkin pancakes. They were breaking apart on the plate, not good. The churros were also not good. Long wait for maple syrup, meanwhile my pancakes were getting colder and colder. Bad experience. We mentioned it on the way out, but front desk ignored that and just rang us out. We won't be back. Disappointed.

Extremely disappointed in our most recent visit. We walked in the front door and forgot our mask, which I understand they have a policy now. However, we drove 20 mins to get to the restaurant and didn't bring them because we weren't planning on going anywhere but to eat. We were not aware of the mask policy and we are signed up for emails. The front told us we were unable to be seated because we needed a mask to WALK to our table. We left and drove all the way home and came back. When we came back we walked 5 steps to our table and were able to take it off. We weren't upset until to our surprise, when we sat down we saw MANY people come in without masks and they were OFFERED masks! They even sat an entire family without masks. It was extremely aggravating considering my husband and I have two young children that we're very hungry, and we went all the way home and back just to see the situation could have been handled differently. Previous to this encounter we did a to go order, and was missing food. It really sucks because we love First Watch but after the last experience. We will be going elsewhere or a different location.
