Let me start by saying that the food is good but do not try to screw over your customers. First they tried to slide in an extra glass of wine into our bill. Now here is another restaurant that is trying to trick customers into leaving extra tip if the customers uses their suggested tip amounts at the bottom of the final credit card bill. I say this because they are calculating the tip on the total which includes tax. Tip is based on sub total of the bill and not the final total. More and more restaurants are doing this and it’s very misleading. The fish house should not fool their customers. Customers watch out for this. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $30–40

Sorry the server accidentally thought you had one more glass of wine, easily corrected. Regarding the credit card tip suggestion, it does say "Tip Suggestion". The credit card machine, Dejavoo, prints the line and is not changeable by us. Besides, 100% of the 16.8% tip you left (based on your pre-tax amount) goes directly to the server, not the house. We don't even charge you or the server for credit card processing fees. I took a look at your numerous other 1 star reviews and one even mentions your dislike for the credit card processing fee of one establishment, which you don't even bother giving us credit for not charging you. Mistakes, i.e. your wine can happen, it's sad that you'd think it's a conspiracy. Not everyone is out to get you Hector. Best of travels to you.
