Best Pho I've had in a long time! Ask for their homemade chili sauce.

The owners are friendly. The menu is basic and limited - which is just fine. But I'm sorry to have to say it - this place is filthy. Absolutely filthy. It smells weird. Tables weren't wiped off. Do NOT look at the window blinds - the crud they are encrusted with will ruin your appetite. Coffee mugs still had other people's lipstick on the rims. Flies were everywhere - in October. I hate to think what the kitchen might look like, and I wonder what the Richmond Health Department thinks. I would never go into a place like this expecting fine dining or fancy decor, but it's not unreasonable to expect cleanliness in a restaurant.I hope the new owners get on top of this, because I don't wish them any ill will and I'd like them to succeed. But they need to clean this place up.

Came because of the write up in the local paper. Was not disappointed. Food was good, owner super friendly and nice ambiance. Will definitely go back and it may become our go to breakfast place. Great prices.
