Don't do it to yourself. Service is horrible. The staff responds as if you are bothering them.

We dont travel much or eat at fancy places so maybe our idea of a 5 star might not be considered a 5 to others looking at the other reviews, or maybe its gotten better, I dont know, all I know is we loved the food, so good I found this place while looking to see if there is a fisheye grill around here in California, no such luck. Any way the food was on the pricey side but worth it, we ordered the mozzarella deep fried (sticks) that ended up being fresh cut, fresh breaded wedges not fancy to look at but OMG (so good ordered it again the second day) and yes it was hot and dripping had to hold a napkin to our faces trying to eat it.
I cant remember names of stuff but ordered a hamburger, stake sandwich, funnel cake, salad, and a berry drink the first night, second night more of the mozzarella wedges, and heard some one raving about the stake (it was 24 bulks, so thought kinda pricey but since first nights food was so good lets try it), seriously it was crazy good should have taken a pic after cutting it open too but we were too busy eating it, got it with the garlic red skinned mashed potato's mmmmm dont know what else to say, but it was soooo good, plenty hot, and came in a reasonable amount of time i think it was about 30 minutes, just wish there was one here we cant fly to Orlando just for dinner grrr

Traveled all day and gave into temptation to just eat in the dang hotel. Regret washed over me immediately as the server (doing her best and quite nice), alone operating the almost empty restaurant at 7pm told me no, we have no IPA. Huh? Chose fish of the day grilled, and it arrived pan fried swimming in no less than a stick of butter. Steamed veggies, promised butter free, also slippery overcooked disaster. There are many many many restaurants steps away, including the local gem Cafe Tu Tu Tango. This hotel overall is tired, but the restaurant is truly doing more harm than good.
