Maybe I had higher expectations than expected. Food: Bread and butter were served to us without saucers, the foam with the herb butter and the sweet/savory mix with the crunchy granola were well combined. The fish of the day consisted of three different fish with different cooking methods, seasonings and side dishes, all of which were individually good, both for freshness and cooking. Unfortunately, the choice of the deep dish meant that the various sauces mixed together, creating a mixture of flavors, ruining the overall result. Service: The waitress who served us did not seem very practical and was unclear in her description of the dishes, she spoke slowly and was not always understandable and exhaustive (in English). Never a smile (not mandatory, but it would be appreciated). He never asked us if we were enjoying the meal and if there were any problems. The wine by the glass was served to us by another waiter in two small decanters already filled (almost thrown on the table). When instead the bottle should be brought to the table, shown the bottle and label to customers, tasted and poured into the glass. Environment: Warm and welcoming, soft lights, well furnished with a well-kept modern style, well soundproofed, good space between the tables too. Convenient wardrobe and clean bathrooms.
