Let me start off by stating that this Five Guys location is probably the BEST one that I have ever been too. We stopped in for a quick pre-concert dinner Saturday night, and we were immediately greeted by the friendliest team ever. I mean the entire team welcomed us, and were very cheerful and upbeat. We placed our order, and in true Five Guys fashion, our food came out quick, and super delicious. Also to be noted, this Five Guys location is immaculately clean. I have never seen a Five Guys during prime dinner hours with every table clean. This team is on it!

Ordered through Uber Eats. It took almost an hour and 3 different drivers because when the drivers arrived the store claimed they didn't have the order in the system and refused to look at drivers phones to see it. Finally the last driver was able to convince them to make it after she read it off to them. If there isn't proper training in how to handle online delivery platforms this maybe isn't something your location should offer.

Five Guys at 7580 S. Las Vegas Blvd. in Las Vegas cared more about taking a phone order instead of allowing me to complete my order so I cannot rate the food here. How hard is it to ask a caller to hold as I was almost done ordering but I had to wait while he rung up someone else who called after I was already ordering, it was a long wait. Luckily there were lots of other food options to take my hungry kiddos to around the area. This was a customer service fail at it's finest. Service: 1
