The quality and taste of this food in no way justifies the exorbitant prices. I obviously paid for a brand name and not the actual product. Why some people rave about this place is beyond me. These burgers and fries taste no better than McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's or Red Robin. In fact the taste of a Whopper is eons better than the flavorless sandwich I got at Five Guys and the fries can't even touch McDonald's or Checkers. Add to that the underwhelming customer service I received, (I was the only customer in the store on Mother's Day and the staff ignored me other than handing me my order that I placed online) this makes my first visit to Five Guys my LAST visit to Five Guys.

This Five Guys is always great but they were closed today!! I don’t if they are closed for good or if they are just renovating. If somebody knows anything please say something!
