Young manger doesn't know what she is doing, talks to her staff any kind of way. The food was burned. There was ketchup on the counter and none of the staff cleaned it up.

Several months ago, I stopped in for comfort food after coming from the vet where my spouse and I had just said goodbye to our beloved dog of 13.5 years. I was an absolute mess and broke down crying while waiting for our food. The staff were so wonderful to me, checked to make sure I was ok, and even gave me extra fries. I was already a repeat customer and happy with this location's food & service, but this was just so far above and beyond. I will truly never forget the kindness I was shown. This was my first time eating at Five Guys ever!! When I arrived, I noticed that the menu was pricey, so I asked the young man behind the counter to convince me to spend $16.00 on a double bacon cheese burger. I couldn't believe it, but he convinced me, plus I bought a large fry to go along with the burger. I spent $23.00 bucks, but it was do worth it. Outstanding Five Guys!!!
