Food was mediocre at best!! Had the crab cakes and they were so bready could not taste a bit of crab at all! Pitiful. The chips seemed stale on the chip dip.

I cannot put into words how great of an experience Flat Branch Pub & Brewing was! I was only in town for the night and I am SO glad I stumbled upon this place. They have a great & unique selection of beers. But what I was seriously impressed by their Sausage and Chicken Bayou Pasta. It was by far the BEST cajun style entree I have ever had. I would purposely drive through Columbia, MO just to have this dish again.
