They took my order online and was charged. But however after my order was to be ready for pickup in 25 minutes, I went to the restaurant and not only was it closed and not a single employee inside the front doors were locked and blocked by ladders inside like they were doing some kind of construction or remodeling. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

We love Fletch's. If you are from Chicago you need to go get an authentic Chicago Dog as the owner is from Chicago. If you are a Cubs fan you will love the interior :). Fletch is a great guy and the food is delicious.
