You have to try the cauliflower melt! Sometimes the cauliflower can be really prominent and too crunchy, but this sandwich hides the cauliflower in there so it's not overbearing. The cheese and spread ties the small chunks of cauliflower in very nicely as well. The employees are extremely nice, and this location (like most other Flours in the area honestly) can be really busy on the weekends, so it might be hard to find a place to sit during peak hours.
Have always been a fan of flour and was recently told to try the sticky bun. Ask to get it warmed up and you will not be disappointed. (Don't mistake the cinnamon bun for the sticky bun, both delicious but the sticky bun is more a pecan pie as a roll while the cinnamon bun is the iced classic)
OVERALL IMPRESSION: The pastries at Flour are delicious, no doubt about that, but I just can't buy into the hype since the sandwiches and salads are so pricey and also eclectic/not what I'm usually craving. GO HERE FOR: I typically go here for coffee meetings and the vibe definitely fits for that. EXPERIENCES: The last time I ordered from here, I ordered an iced latte with caramel-- the caramel syrup was not mixed into the drink but clung to the sides. The only item I recurrently buy is the yogurt with granola and blueberries-- delicious. I once ordered Flour through Caviar so that I could have lunch delivered for a lunch meeting. It was $60 for delivery and they couldn't find the address so they took it back to the store. I ended up paying $60 for no delivery-- they ended up crediting it but the lunch was late for the meeting. LAYOUT: This location is tricky and poorly laid out-- there's not a place to wait for your food/coffee that isn't directly in the way of people wanting milk/sugar/condiments/going into the seating area/in front of the door.
