I think our server was David. Had a friends bday party there. The wings were good along with nachos, truffle burger, lamb risotto, steak & prawn, truffle pork chop and sear Mahi Mahi and chicken fettuccine alfredo Parking: Free underground parking Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Wings Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking type options: Dedicated customer parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Worst experience I have had in years. We visit this location about 4 times per year-e route to holiday. Staff are pleasant. Before ordering I asked server(Maria) if their steaks were normally properly cooked. After being assured positive I received over cooked steak. Taken away and while new steak cooked to request I ate less than 25% due to quality. No compensation for poor food. I sought out manager. She advised me she was unaware and would give me alternative. At that point I declined. If manager was doing proper customer service, why was there no “ table touches”. Server did not advise anyone. I know you can’t order the cow to be perfect but no excuse for the end result.
Date of visit Feb 4: 3:00 PM. 4 other tables in facility.
