Not sure what is so great about this place. Ambience is good, but I've had better breakfast food at chains. Very disappointed. We had the chicken fried steak and crab cake benedict. Both tasted like they came right off the sysco food truck cooked from frozen. The hollandaise tasted like it came from a can and the kids said their pancakes were burned. Bloody mary was thin and lacked flavor outside of the heat from the ghost pepper.
Food was good, aesthetically nice, worst service I've ever experienced in a restaurant in my life. As a service industry professional it's maddening to see such an unprofessional and inefficiently ran restaurant. The staff looked like they had just rolled out of bed and come to work in their pajamas, half of them seemed like they were just spinning in circles and staring off in to space. It's crazy that such a small counter space with the server right in front of me was the WORST service I've ever experienced. The chick running the expo line seemed to be the only one who was working hard and knew what she was doing. Food was good and reasonably priced, bummer that it's the most amateurish ran restaurant I've ever been to. Dude, who owns this place, who is in charge of the
Foolish Craig's a must if you're in Boulder and are seeking a fun and spunky place for breakfast.  We went fairly early in the morning (8:30am on a Wednesday) and it wasn't busy. I ordered "The Foolish Craig" and my friend ordered the "Corned Beef Hash" and boy were we not disappointed!!  I wouldn't say I'm super into the idea of a ~savory~ crepe however, The Foolish Craig has changed my mind!  Jam packed with veggies, meat, and topped with eggs and salsa, this savory crepe is a great start to your morning.  My friend's Corned Beef Hash was also a huge serving, with fresh skillet veggies and topped with eggs and toast (I'll be trying that next time!).  The food came out fast and every bite was hot and full of flavor.
