This was out first time dining at this location and to tell you the truth none of us (4 adults celebrating another birthday) were impressed. The building is basically the same at every location as is the menu, tables, restooms, everything. Yes there was a wait today but considering the location we thought the wait would have been longer. The host stand were doing there job and handling the flow well... Then we get to our server.. I/we would have rated her a strong three or a weak four and a scale of one to ten. 4 adults ordering four different styles of burgers and onion rings and fries..pretty straight forward and easy. Even easier all the burgers were cooked the same... Explain how on an order like that we had five mistakes.... Nothing special just the sautéed onions on the side instead of on the burger. (Which she made a note of when she took the order....) Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Food was mediocre, had Ribs, Cuban sandwich and 2 kids meals cheese curds and ordered the Monte cristo... Right off bat Server took a long time to great us, then forgot to give straws and sweetener for tea and went MIA for a while. Server forgot to put in our Monte Cristo, no refills while eating and never checked to see how food was. Didn't get Monte Cristo til after we paid bill and were leaving. Very disappointing! Won't go back to this one. It was a busy Saturday but he only had 3 tables and obviously couldn't handle it. The food is delicious, everything on the Menu looks very good, I wanted to try everything. The service is top notch. I'll be coming back when I'm back in town. Great experience. Thanks!
