Passing by Richmond Olympic Experience, visit this restaurant. Fortune Terrace Chinese Cuisine is recommended to Cantonese and Chinese cuisine lovers. At this place clients can delve deep into delicious dishes, and taste good Dim sum, scallops and shrimp dumplings. This place offers tasty soufflés and good gâteau. Great tea is a decent choice.

The well-trained staff welcomes guests all year round. Prompt service is something visitors like here. From the guests' point of view, prices are attractive. There is a calm atmosphere and nice decor at this spot. But the score of this restaurant isn't high on Zomato.

The interior of the restaurant is quite nice. The presentation of the food is very impressive. The quality is amazing. It's definitely child friends however there were no change tables available for me to change my daughter. I was a bit disappointed for a restaurant to not provide this service. Overall, I wouldn't come here with an infant but the food is enjoyable more expensive then your typical dimsum meal but worth it!
First, I'm going to say I disagree that this is a 2.5 stars average for the overall rating.  It most certainly is not.   On the ground floor of an apartment building, Fortune Terrace is positioned as a high end Chinese restaurant.  Hey, it's even in the name!  ;)  The dim sum menu is souped-up, upgrading from shrimp to lobster, filling shrimp paste with actual chunks of shrimp, and much more.  Hello, sign me up!  Many of the dishes are modified from the original dim sum presentation, primarily upgrading ingredients and/or beautifying the offering.  The cost is slightly higher, which honestly for the ingredients, it's worth it.  My photo includes the dim sum menu and also the specialty items that are artfully made.   My dishes: A2. Steamed Lobster Dumplings - this is the normal ha gow (shrimp dumpling) upscaled to lobster.  Thumbs up!! A5. Steamed Shrimp Scallops Dumplings - This is ha gow with one scallop topped ha gow in the middle.  Nice, but probably the most normal dish, which is not a bad thing. B5. Sweet Potato Ladies Handbags Crisp - The sweet potato here is ube, i.e. the Filipino purple sweet potato.  This is one of the beautified items.  Honestly, the craftmanship is excellent. B9. Stuffed Whole Eggplant in Thai Sauce - This was naughtily good!  An eggplant is cut length-wise, filled with shrimps, breaded, fried, and covered in Thai sweet chili sauce. E2. Seafood Red Rice Roll - This was impressively stuffed with plenty of seafood, especially shrimps.  Considering the ingredients and labor, this is great.  Next time, I'm trying E3, Fish Paste & Seaweed Rice Roll. D2. Q Pig Egg Young bun - This is the an egg yolk filled steam bun made to look like piggies.  It's best to turn upside down before biting.  The yolk might squirt out!  Mine did!   D9. Souffle Topped with Almond Flakes - This is not a win, as far as a soufflé goes.  It's super inexpensive compared to all other souffles I have had, but it's missing the sinking (after cutting) and soft center.  It's closer to a big sponge cake.  Oops. There is free parking underneath, well marked, and easy to park.  There are 90 minutes and 3 hours slots.  Be sure to park accordingly.
Excellent food. Enthusiastic service. Inconvenient parking.
