Service a little slow but friendly. Food generally good but the roast beef is on another level of toughness! Really need a steak knife to cut it and an extra jaw to help chew it. Oh, and two roasts were missing parsnips I assume they ran out but nothing was said. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Bakewell Tart

Amazing pub went there on Sunday for 3 of us. The steak and ale pie and and the signature burger were amazing and cooked to perfection, the halloumi fries were very good and well seasoned too. For dessert my parents had one bramley apple tart to share and I had the salted caramel sundae, which once again was amazing also. The food was all cooked with care and love and would definitely recommend. The waiter Ethan was really friendly as well and has a great sense of humour and made us feel really welcomed. His customer service is really amazing and does everything with a smile Thank you Fox & Hounds and Ethan for a very lovely evening, we will be sure to come back soon.
