Simply delicious Steak and Eggs with proper portion that I could finish everything on my plate. Good quality of meat which was perfectly cooked for medium rare. I loved the fries too. I would definitely come back for this dish again. Also enjoyed a bite of juicy and spicy Chicken Chilaquiles! Customer service was excellent. Hot coffee was average.
Had to review this place, walked over after Javits Center motorcycle convention, the mac & cheese is pretty much out of this world and apparently gluten-free which can be pretty important to some people. All we had was the mac & cheese and steak tacos. I didn’t like the steak tacos, I didn’t like the way too liberal application of weird green sauce. We walked in here on Sunday evening at 5 o’clock and got a a young super nice blonde waitress, I believe we were the first table she ever waited out in her entire life. She plunked down two glasses and water bottle which normally I love but she left it to me to pour the water for both my friend and myself which was weird as she wait for me to complete the pouring job, an awkward moment. I asked for hot tea and she knew the teas that she had and I asked for honey. She delivered my giant mug of steaming hot water and told me she put agave in it ahead of time for me. (Gee thanks?) I steeped my tea. No spoon with tea, no spoons on table. Tasted it because maybe he she knew something I didn’t but then I realized I wanted honey. From behind the bar I heard her ask another coworker if they had honey. Of course they did, and soon she came out with about 10 tablespoons of honey in a monkey dish for me. Still no spoon. I used the fork to awkwardly try to lift honey into my tea while my friend ordered a coffee. She soon came back no milk no sugar no spoon just coffee for my friend ha ha.
Great food! The wait wasn't bad even for Easter we had a table in 15 min. The fried chicken and waffles are great!. The Friedman's hamburger was good too. But I would highly recommend the aioli hash. Awesome place for brunch!.
