This place is a true gem! It’s hidden away in a basement, designed in a dimly lit 1940’s style decor. It’s like nowhere else I’ve ever been. The soft jazz playing in the background adds to the overall experience. We ordered the gold plate, which included four cheeses and accompaniments and it was DIVINE!! Each cheese was surrounded with tasty treats that enhance the cheese. It was so delicious and such a different experience to what you get in most places. The waitress was really friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to get back there again. Highly recommended!!

When the equivalent to this is Sydney's Cheese and Wine Room, it's obvious Fromage Artisans fails to live up to its potential. The decor here is unflattering, with art that looks like it's sourced from a mid-price gift shop and office-like walls. The service is either excellent or totally confused depending on who serves you. And the wine list really should feature more French wine if you're going to go by that name. A disappointment.
