I don’t tend to write reviews but this place was truely disappointing. After a long day in the rain and walking, we wanted a quick and enjoyable eat and decided to give fugetsu a go after seeing it on the placesinsydney instagram page. We came in at 7pm and the service was really slow was minimal items on the conveyor belt and throughout our time there, nothing new was added to the sushi train. We ordered from the iPads which we saw the menu was limited with no maki rolls (I expect this to a be standard menu item at a sushi restaurant and we saw it on the actual menu online). It took over 10-20 minutes for our ordered items to arrive even though the restaurant wasn’t busy and once it arrived the food was so disappointing and bland. The salmon had absolutely no flavour and had to dip everything in more soy sauce than usual to compensate. It is not worth your time at all, especially when there are so many restaurants around market city and china town with better service, quality and food. I do not recommend this place at all and would categorically say it’s the worst sushi restaurant I have been to.
