Good sushi, plenty of options, and not pricy
Alright. I've eaten here 10+ times so I'll start by saying this place is worth trying if you're craving sushi and in the area. I tend to consider sushi spots either a nigiri spot or a roll spot, and I would definitely consider Fuji Sukiyaki a place to get rolls. I've tried some of the nigiri and there wasn't much to write home about, and many people I know say the same thing. But the rolls are where it's at. If you're craving those saucy, topped with a good size slab of fish, filled with tempura/other fillings inside, and topped with crunchy flakes, then this is the place. They have a good selection of rolls depending on what you like, and I've tried a fair amount of them and enjoyed most of them. The portions are pretty good and I usually leave full. But if I had to make one recommendation, and of course this is dependent on what you usually like in rolls, I'd vouch for the Aloha roll. It's gotten to the point where I'll go here and order 2-3 aloha rolls. Yup. Even though the menu is fairly large I will subject myself to 16-24 pieces of the same exact roll because it's so damn good. I apologize if you order it and you don't agree, but I've ordered 8 aloha rolls in the last 3 visits and love it every time. In any case, def give this place a look if you want some good rolls. There's usually not a wait but I tend to go during the later times. If you're lucky you can sit in the more traditional seating rooms in the back. Service is decent too. If you need to park there's a big, open parking lot a couple of streets and turns down that seems to always have room - otherwise there are garages and street parking as well nearby.
Cheap and tasty! This was a good value find and it was super easy to get a spot. I got a ton of nigiri and it was worth it. Definitely coming back!
